We had a very lovely stay in Ayr just off beach, and town centre. Its location was particularly good and great: a 10-15 minute walking distance from Pirate Pete's. We spent 2 nights in there and can't wait to go back.

Convenient location close to the town center with a peaceful and beautiful setting. The kitchen was well-equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, and dishwasher for easy cooking. The balcony offered a lovely view of the courtyard. 🌿

The spacious and clean flat at Iona Residence - Donnini made for a comfortable stay. The location near Ayr beach was perfect for our family of four. We loved the interior styling and the super comfortable bed. Detailed parking instructions and key collection made check-in easy. However, the slow broadband made it difficult to work remotely. I would recommend this hotel for its lovely accommodations and great location.

The room had an electric kettle, a microwave, and a comfy sofa bed. It was great to have those amenities. Plus, the location was right in the middle of everything. 😊

The location of the apartment was great, with easy access to the beach and surrounding area. It was also spacious and clean, providing plenty of room for a comfortable stay.

Maintenance was a major issue during our stay. The windows were either stiff or inoperable, and some of them didn't close tightly, causing drafts to come through.

We had a fantastic family vacation at Iona Residence. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. The interior styling was tasteful and made us feel at home. The instructions for parking and key collection were clear and helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location was ideal, being close to the beach and allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area. it was a delightful stay.

While I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Iona Residence - Donnini Apartments, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the lack of basic supplies in the kitchen, such as a pizza cutter, salt and pepper, baking paper.
